By accessing our website, registering for an account, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
KED CONSULT provides tax consultancy, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance services to businesses in Ghana, including but not limited to VAT registration and filing, PAYE, corporate income tax, and advisory support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon per service request or engagement letter.
Registered clients receive access to a secure portal to upload documents, track filings, view invoices, make payments, and download reports. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
New client registrations may require admin approval before full portal access is granted. We may decline registrations that do not meet our onboarding criteria or contain incomplete or misleading information.
Service fees are quoted in Ghana Cedis (₵) unless otherwise stated. Invoices are payable through our portal via Paystack (card or mobile money) or by other agreed methods. Unless otherwise specified:

We rely on the information you provide. We are not liable for errors, penalties, or delays resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information supplied by you.
We will perform services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with applicable professional standards and Ghana Revenue Authority requirements. However:
All content on our website — including text, branding, and software — is owned by KED CONSULT or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute portal content without written permission. Documents and reports prepared specifically for your business may be used for your internal business purposes.
We treat your business and financial information as confidential and will not disclose it except as described in our Privacy Policy, as required by law, or with your consent. You agree to keep confidential any proprietary processes or pricing information we share with you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KED CONSULT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, GRA penalties, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed and any outstanding invoices. We will provide your records upon request, subject to applicable retention requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
